MATERIAL HANDLER– OCEANSIDE, CA

Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, perform routine material handling functions such as inventory control, data entry, shipment of orders, process shipping documents, moving product, pulling stock or restocking materials and general housekeeping.  Use equipment such as scanning gun, stand-up and standard forklift; and fill material requisitions and/or orders using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles and identify discrepancies as well as may pack products for finished goods.  Conduct cycle counts, location verification of materials and resolve warehouse discrepancies following standard operating procedures. Follow organizations’ safety policies, practices and protocols.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Pulls and provides material from stock following FIFO procedures for production manufacturing as requested.
  2. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or procurement staff.

ACCOUNTANT (temp-to-hire)– OCEANSIDE, CA

JOB SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, perform a variety of multifaceted moderately complex accounting functions such as account/ledger analysis and maintenance, account reconciliations and fixed asset management. Collaborate with Accounting Manager regarding budget variance analysis, tax compliance, month-end close, preparation and posting of journal entries and accruals, general ledger and sub-ledger account resolutions including fixed assets subsidiary ledger.  Organize annual departmental expense budget and create and analyze budget variance reports and prepare cash flow forecasts for management. Participate in special projects on an ad-hoc basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepares, analyzes and posts month end accruals and allocation journal entries and prepares reconciliations of the related general ledger accounts.

(Equipment) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III or IV– OCEANSIDE, CA

Nature of Work:  Under general supervision, performs moderately complex maintenance related to operations, machinery equipment and automation systems like PLC programming. MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER – CHENNAI, INDIA

JOB SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, provide professional service and support for organization’s customers by performing field service installation, startup, troubleshooting, analysis, pre-commissioning and commissioning wastewater equipment products. Provide technical training and supervision for plant staff before and after installation of unit. Direct the operation of pilot components. Write technical manuals and/or reports associated with the construction and/or products. Support RO, NF and UF technology products.

  1. Provides installation of products at customer sites as well as conducting pre-installation assessments.

WET TEST TECHNICIAN I – Oceanside, CA

JOB SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, operate pre-treatment equipment for preparation of testing of elements.  Set-up and shut down, and prepare material for production loading and unloading onto testing equipment. Maintain a required level of output. Keep accurate records and logs associated with production, quality, quantity and any other necessary record-keeping activities.  Work with seawater and non-seawater products.  Ensure all documentation accompanies product to final test stage. Work with pounds per square inch up to 200 (PSI). PLEASE NOTE: These are 3rd shift, 10:30pm-7am positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs one or more functions within the Pre-Treat area such as vacuum rinsing, flushing, chlorine treatment, pressure testing and processing product through other various pressurized procedures.
  2. Loads/unloads product from manufacturing transport equipment onto appropriate machine or production equipment.
  3. Maintains daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals set by production management, including clean-up, rework, core tube preparation or other production activities.
  4. Documents product data information such as serial number, defects, rejects, scrap etc. on production logs, reports or summaries as well as any other record keeping activities as they pertain to products throughout shift.
  5. Follows all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing policies, processes or procedures including sustaining work station and area in cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards.
