Return Policy
To insure that you are completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unused membranes to Hydranautics for a refund or exchange within 30-days of receipt of membranes. Please note that you will first need to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping your return to Membranes.com. To obtain an RGA number, please contact the RGA Administrator at RGAadmin@hydranautics.com . You will be provided with a form that must be completed and returned to the RGA Administrator before receiving an RGA number. This information will allow us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Membranes.com cannot accept any returns unless:
- All returned membranes are unused and not damaged;
- All membranes must be returned complete with all parts and accessories and in their original shipping packaging with the seal intact.
- The RGA number must appear prominently on the outside of all packages. Items sent without an RGA number prominently displayed will be returned to sender, freight collect.
- Returned goods must be properly packaged before shipment. Goods damaged in shipment will be returned to the sender freight collect.
- ALL RETURNS must be sent freight PREPAID within 15 days of receipt of RGA number. Membranes.com will not be able to accept return requests after this period. Freight charges on return shipments are the buyer's responsibility. Freight will not be credited.
General Conditions
- There will be a 15% or $50.00 restocking charge applied to all returned products, whichever is the greater amount.
- All returned products that are determined to have been used and/or damaged by the buyer will be returned freight collect and no credit or exchange will be issued.
- Products returned under a warranty claim will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the warranty.
