team. |

John
Williams, formerly the Managing Director of Europe has returned to the
US to head up the municipal market as the Director of Sales, Municipal Market
USA/Canada. He is setting up his new office in his hometown of Chicago.
In his new role John will lead the Municipal Team focusing on RO, NF and
our new HYDRAcap UF technologies in the US markets. John brings the experience
of building our Pacific Rim and European businesses from the ground up over
the past ten years. |

Concurrently, Manfred
Schierach the Technical Director of Europe will assume the position
of Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East. Manfred brings almost
20 years of experience in the international water treatment industry. Manfred,
a veteran in the field of water purification, has been involved in the development
of over 18 RO desalination plants throughout Europe, the Middle East and
Africa. Manfred will continue to expand operations and establish Hydranautics
as the RO/NF leader throughout Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and Africa.

Consistent with John's new position, Mike
Collier, formerly our USA Sales Manager will now focus his attention
on the industrial markets and lead our industrial sales team. Mike brings
over 23 years of water treatment expertise to his customers in the industrial
markets. Mike's new title will be Director of Sales, Industrial Markets,
USA. |
