Hydranautics Welcomes New Management
Oceanside, CA…Hydranautics, the world's leader in membrane technology, welcomes three new employees to their management team. Mr. Randy Truby joins Hydranautics as their new Vice President of Operations. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the reverse osmosis industry. Mr. Truby began his career as a Research Assistant working on the development and refinement of the spiral wound elements at General Atomic Company, a part of the ROGA® Division. In the following years he began working as an Applications Engineer and eventually working his way up to President and CEO of Fluid Systems Corporation. With years of experience and expertise in the membrane technology field, Mr. Truby now joins the Hydranautics team as their VP of Operations.

Hydranautics also welcomes Mr. Gibran Mursalin as their new Proposal/Project Manager. He brings with him over 8 years of program management, business development and operations experience. Mr. Mursalin began his career in the semiconductor capital equipment industry assuming various roles leading to Manager of Program Management. In his new role he will be coordinating internal efforts by managing projects from the initial proposal phase through order placement and shipment.

Concurrently, Mrs. Eileen Pack recently joined Hydranautics as the new Customer Service Manager. She has replaced Ms. Maya Jhawar who filled the new position of Hydranautics' Global Planning Manager. Mrs. Pack brings with her over 11 years of customer service management experience in a manufacturing environment with Teal Electronics and Nextec Applications. She holds a Masters Degree in Management and has over 6 years of experience in the US Navy as an electronics technician. She is spearheading the customer satisfaction, monitoring and improvement program.
