HYDRAProTech

Hydranautics has been making state-of-the-art membranes for water and wastewater treatment for more than 50 years. We have gathered a wealth of knowledge in pretreatment and system design. Which we have been imparting to our customers & partners through various platforms like training programs, customer meetings, bulletins, and technical papers.

But now we have launched HYDRAProTech, an initiative to share our expertise in a structured way. Our focus will be on the following four areas under HYDRAProTech:

1. HYDRA-Academy

Hydranautics membranes play a crucial role in the treatment of water. However, we also believe that along with membranes, proper system design and operations are equally important for the success of a water treatment facility. So, to train water industry professionals, we have launched HYDRA_Academy.

HYDRA_Academy offers professional training programs that cover a variety of topics, including best practices, operation & maintenance, performance evaluation, energy efficiency, and sustainability. We have created training modules to meet the water industry’s needs. Our training sessions will help:

  • Design engineers build systems which are operator friendly and handle issues like membrane fouling effectively.
  • Plant operators & managers to monitor the plant in a better way. So that operational issues can be resolved before they get out of control.

2. HYDRA-Vigil

Ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! At Hydranautics, we believe that if membrane system health is checked and corrective actions are taken in right time, future operational issues of water treatment plants can be avoided.

Under HYDRAVigil, we provide technical audit services to study the system design and operations in detail and suggest corrective actions. The audit will help our customers to:

  • Minimize risk of system failures
  • Reduce downtime
  • Lower chemical consumption
  • Lower power consumption
  • Reduce OPEX
  • Boost plant efficiency

3. HYDRA-Diagnostics

Sometimes a system’s membrane failure cannot be determined from a simple analysis of plant data. To check for mechanical or chemical damage that occurs during operations, a membrane needs to be cut open and go through several tests. This procedure is called membrane autopsy.

The membrane autopsy is typically performed in manufacturing sites outside of India. Sending the membrane outside of India and receiving findings takes more time. So now Hydranautics has now launched HYDRA_Diagnostics services. This is the first membrane autopsy center of a membrane manufacturer in India which will help to get:

  • Quicker diagnostics of the membranes
  • Expert recommendations for system improvements to prevent future failures

4. HYDRA-Design

Many aspiring OEMs are looking for assistance to validate their basic process and engineering design. To help such OEMs build better systems, we have introduced HYDRA-Design services.

HYDRA_Design is a one-stop destination for focused engineering solutions like step-by-step design calculations, projections, equipment sizing, P&ID Layout & guidance report of overall engineering processes.

Please note, our HYDRAProTech services are currently available in the India region only.
