ESNA4-LD’s selective separation capability using nanofiltration technology can be used to deliver high quality permeate water while removing specific contaminants such as nitrates and larger organic compounds from waters with low salinity.
Given this capability of ESNA4-LD, it finds its application in treating groundwaters used by farming communities where there is a need to remove nitrates which contaminate the water due to the use of fertilizers.
ESNA4-LD also finds its use in the treatment of waters containing sulfates found in the wastewaters from the mining industry.
